Returning to the stage all the way from New York City is the Kirsten Thien Band. Kirsten’s mix of blues, R&B, and soulful jazz brings together old-world Chicago, with New Orleans flavor and a Memphis kick. Her influences include Otis Redding, B.B. King, and Aretha Franklin.
All the way from Detroit to Brookings, David Gerald is bringing his brand of blues, R&B and rock to the stage. His blues-infused rock and soul hybrid hits all the right notes, throwing it back to Albert King, B.B. King and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Expect to hear some classic tunes mixed with original songs.
Breaking it down on the first night is the 147th Army Band SGT ROCK. Bring your dancing shoes as this band does it all, from pop hits to rock and roll classics. Their dynamic vocals and killer dance moves will have everyone out of their seats, clapping their hands, and wanting more.
