Vendor Structure & Criteria
now accepting applications for the 2019 Season
Downtown at Sundown is a unique opportunity to put your business in front of an average weekly attendance of 1000+ people. DT@SD, as we affectionately call it, is a seven-week outdoor music series in Downtown Brookings. We welcome restaurants, boutiques, and local businesses to set up shop with us and enjoy the evening. The event offers four different vendor packages (see below), with a limited number of spots available.
For our RETAIL vendors, we offer the option of sharing a single booth space with up to three different businesses to help alleviate the cost and time involved.
Please Note: All vendors must commit to all seven concert nights. Vendors will be considered for entry on a first come, first served basis. All vendor applications are reviewed by the Downtown at Sundown Committee.
All paperwork and payment MUST be received for your application to be considered completed. Vendor spots will be awarded based on returned dates of completed applications and payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications may be submitted to: Brookings Convention & Visitors Bureau at 415 8th Street South or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
